SODIUM GLUCONATE
PMP Sodium Gluconate is the sodium salt of Gluconic Acid that is produced by the fermentation of glucose. It is soluble in water, non corrosive, non toxic, biodegradable and biorenewable.
LIQUID GLUCONATE
PMP Liquid Gluconate is a unique blend of Gluconic Acid and Sodium Gluconate in an aqueous solution, having a 60% or 70% equivalent of Sodium Gluconate. The 60% version is also available as a "light" version where some color has been removed.
GLUCONIC ACID
PMP Gluconic Acid 50% is a 50% (w/w) aqueous solution of hydroxycarboxylic acid, which is composed of an equilibrium mixture of gluconic acid and the gamma and delta lactones.

Glucono delta lactone (GDL) is a natural constituent of many foods. It can be found in honey, fruit juices, wine and many fermented products. As a natural food acid it contributes to the tangy flavor of various foods and since it lowers the pH it also helps preserve the food from deterioration by enzymes and microorganisms.
SODIUM GLUCOHEPTONATE
Sodium Glucoheptonate is the sodium salt of the sugar acids. It is particularly good at the chelation of the oxides of transition metals.
MALIC ACID
Malic acid is found in various fruits and vegetables as an organic acid giving a refreshing sour taste. Malic acid is a safe product classified as GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) and used around the world in both food and industrial applications.
CITRIC ACID
Citric acid is a odorless translucent crystal with a strong sour taste. It is found naturally in many fruits, but is manufactured around the world for use as a food additive. Citric acid is used in many prepared foods, beverages, and vitamins. In addition to providing flavor, it also acts as a preservative.
